We combined herbs and spices carefully for a sauce that complements any meat you use this with. There is a very subtle flavor to this sauce all have found extremely pleasing to the pallete.
This is more of a traditional mustard sauce and it took a little effort to get the taste right. Gus has experimented with different methods and feels we got it right. Of course, let us know if you feel the same way. The sauce is aged allowing the seasonings to properly blend so that you get that taste you will appreciate !!!
We tested this sauce by slathering the meat during cooking and by applying it when the meat was done. We liked it best over poultry and slathered on during cooking.
