Grilling has been a part of Pacific Islander tradition since the beginning of time. We crafted this Peach, Pineapple, & Mango fruit in that spirit and it contains a gentle blend of heat and tropical fruit flavors.
We tested this sauce on ribs and a roasted pork loin and were plesently surprised. This sauce also goes well with poultry like Buffalo Wings or as a standalone dip. If you're pulling pork, this is the sauce you need !!!!
Recommendations are to marinate the meat and continue to baste while cooking. We also wrapped the meat in foil, poured over this sauce, and cooked the meat to completion.
